We are seeking skilled and experienced interior painters to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior painting services in residential and occasionally small commercial settings.

This position has some daytime flexibility. Some team members may only be able to work during “school hours ” in case they have young children to pick up or drop off from school... Because who wants to work just to pay for childcare?

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a passion for cleanliness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. No drama, and a very healthy dose of team spirit!

This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a clean and professional finish on all projects.

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during the painting process..
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each project.
Providing your input on time and/or material estimating for painting projects may be required.

Proven experience in residential painting or similar roles is preferred.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the painting trade.
The ability to perform basic drywall repair tasks related to painting projects is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
